Liability Waiver

By Participating in the Honky Tonk Market, you agree to release event organizers and event venue from all actions, causes of action, claims or liabilities whatsoever, known, or unknown, now existing or may arise in the future on account of or in any way related to, or arising out of participation in the show, including but not restricted to any loss, damage, injury, or expense.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediacy of the market date, there will be no refunds for cancellations for this event, although credits for future shows may be considered.
